Polyamide-6 (Nylon) is most versatile engineering thermoplastic processed into machinable extruded bars, profiles & molded components. The mechanical components like gears wheels, sprockets, tires, bearing bushes, slipper pads, pulleys, rollers, and numerous others have replaced successfully steel, cast iron, and gunmetal. Due to low coefficient of friction against Ferrous & Non ferrous metals these components gives trouble free service with minimum maintenance. Nylon is resistant to all types of grease and organic solvents. The noise and shock is absorbed by Nylon, which make them ideal to modern concept of
environmental demand under rising pollution. Nylon components are characterized to their high strength, heat resistance, toughness, fatigue strength and impact strength. This makes it most suitable material in load bearing capacity.
